What should I do before you arrive?

Before we arrive, we ask that you pick up any toys, clothing or any other miscellaneous items to ensure the safety of our staff.

How can I reschedule?

​

If you have to make any changes to your appointment, please email us as soon as possible. This allows us to plan ahead and make adjustments. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.

What if something is missed?

​

If something is missed, we're happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you contact us within 24 hours of your most recent service.

​

Are you okay with pets being in the home during a cleaning?

​

Before Yes Clean Indeed arrives, all pets must be in a gated area to ensure the safety of our staff.

​

How do I Pay?

 

Acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit or debit card. If a card is being used a 2.75% convenience fee will be added onto your total.

What do you not clean?

We don't typically:

  • Pick up clutter

  • Wash dishes

  • Do Laundry

  • Clean the inside of your fireplace

  • Cl

    ean office desks (unless it is requested)

  • Make beds
